Terapia de aceptación y compromiso (ACT) sin exposición para el tratamiento del Trastorno de Pánico.

The present study investigated the efficacy of a brief protocol based on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) without Exposure of five (5) sessions in people who complied with the diagnoses for Panic Disorder (N = 5) using a multiple baseline design No concurrent, randomized among participants. Two of the participants showed a baseline with an improvement trend and were excluded from the statistical analysis; the remaining participants showed large effects in the measures AAQ-II, DASS-21 / Depression, DASS-21 / Anxiety, DASS-21 / Stress, DASS-21 / Total, VQ / Obstruction, CFQ and PSWQ-11 (> 0, 80), an exception of the VQ / Progress that evidences in the treatment (<0.2).
