Lifestyles are the way each individual chooses their activities, their priorities and in general their consumption, which in the end show a pattern of behavior and reflects people's decisions about how they spend their time and money, as well itself, we can mention that it is a statement about the way it "is" before society. Lifestyles are linked to Hobbies, tastes, brands that are consumed, the places that are frequented and with whom they are frequented; it is a form of individual expression before the world. The three main pillars that need to be analyzed to understand lifestyles are: the person, the brands and the environment.
The Psychographic study brings together psychological, sociological and anthropological factors to determine possible market segmentations, allowing to find consumer trends, in order to align Marketing strategies; Additionally, one of the most widely used models for research on lifestyles is known by the acronym AIO (Activities, Interests and Opinions), which by managing to link these three large dimensions, makes visible very own and particular Lifestyles in people.
