Abstract

Maslow’s pyramid claims in his theory that there is a hierarchy of human needs from the basic to the higher, this pyramid postulates that to meet the higher needs it is absolutely necessary to first supply the more basic, In the first level are the physiological, in the second level safety, in the third level social, in the fourth level esteem and in the higher level self-realization.

La pirámide de Maslow afirma en su teoría que existe una jerarquía de necesidades del ser humano desde las básicas hasta las superiores, esta pirámide postula que para suplir las necesidades superiores es totalmente necesario suplir en primer lugar las más básicas, en primer nivel están las fisiológicas, en segundo nivel las de seguridad, en tercer nivel las sociales, en cuarto nivel la estima y en nivel superior la autorrealización.
