Abstract

We can affirm that hormones are the chemical messengers of our body, these control infinity of functions and circulate through the blood to the different organs and tissues. These chemical components are involved in processes such as metabolism, growth and development, hence their vital importance for the proper functioning of our body.

Podemos afirmar que las hormonas son las mensajeras químicas de nuestro cuerpo, estas controlan infinidad de funciones y circulan a través de la sangre hacia los diferentes órganos y tejidos. Estos componentes químicos son los que intervienen en procesos como el metabolismo, crecimiento y desarrollo, de ahí su vital importancia para el correcto funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo.
