Motivación Intrínseca

Abstract

Cuando se habla de la motivación intrínseca estamos ubicando las fuentes de la emoción en el individuo y no en su ambiente, hay tres grandes aspectos que sean relacionado como las fuentes básicas de la motivación intrínseca. Ellos son: las necesidades psicológicas, las características de la actividad particular y las autopercepciones de los individuos.

When we talk about intrinsic motivation we are locating the sources of emotion in the individual and not in his environment, there are three great aspects that are related as the basic sources of intrinsic motivation. They are: psychological needs, the characteristics of the particular activity and the self-perceptions of individuals.
