Abstract

Para la federación internacional de coaching el cliente es el experto de su propia vida y por lo tanto este tiene los recursos necesarios para llegar hasta donde quiera llegar por lo tanto el coaching se encarga de potenciar las cualidades del cliente y de brindarle herramientas que lo fortalezcan en su empeño de alcanzar su meta.

For the international coaching federation the client is the expert of his own life and therefore he has the necessary resources to reach wherever he wants to go therefore the coaching is responsible for enhancing the qualities of the client and providing him with tools that strengthen him in his pursuit of his goal.
