Factor De Potencia

Abstract

The power factor is the relationship between the active and apparent powers. To calculate the power factor the working power must be divided by the apparent power. The industrial loads in the electrical nature are reactive type because of the presence generally of refrigeration equipment and motors among others.

El factor de potencia es la relación entre las potencias activa y aparente. Para calcular el factor de potencia se debe dividir la potencia de trabajo entre la potencia aparente. Las cargas industriales en la naturaleza eléctrica son de tipo reactivo por a causa de la presencia generalmente de equipos de refrigeración y motores entre otros.
