Abstract

This educational resource talks about how to leave a message, when there is no one answering the phone, leaves a scheme to make sure that the person who should receive your message has all the information they need like your name, time, day, request, the phone number and end with many thanks and finally leaves some exercises to practice speaking on the phone.

Este recurso educativo habla acerca de cómo dejar un mensaje, cuando no hay nadie que conteste el teléfono, deja un esquema para asegurarse de que la persona que debe recibir su mensaje tenga toda la información que necesita como su nombre, la hora, el día, la solicitud, el número telefónico y terminar con muchas gracias y finalmente deja unos ejercicios para practicar hablando por teléfono.
